The Westside Improvement Association awards two $1,000 scholarships each year. The Paul Harper Scholarship goes to a senior at Mater Dei High School, while the Farmer Family Scholarship goes to a senior at Reitz High School. Both scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who can demonstrate academic achievement and community involvement. The scholarships may be used at any accredited institution of higher education. To apply, download the application or see your school counselor. The deadline for returning the completed application to the counselor is Tuesday, March 2. Scholarships will be presented at the March general membership meeting. |
