Present: Berning, Dot; Cleek, Linda; Gerteisen, Wayne; Nix, Ava; Outlaw, DeAnna; Padget, Fred; Runge, Mel

A quorum not being present, no official actions could be taken.

Treasurer’s Report – Padget gave the report and distributed information about the Fall Festival profits. That information is not yet complete.

Those present were declared the Awards Committee and made the following decisions about awards to be given at the annual meeting:

• Keep Evansville Beautiful
• Evie the Litter Dog – Pick of the Litter Award (thanks, Ava!)
• Perry Township Fire Department/Jerry Bulger
