The Clem Frank Nature Preserve was dedicated on Saturday, April 26, 2003.  The land was donated to the Four Rivers Resource Conservation and Development Area by Clem Frank for the purpose of keeping a natural woodland in the Western Terrace neighborhood.  The Western Terrace Neighborhood Association will be responsible for upkeep of the preserve.  The Westside Improvement Association donated the $2,500 survey fees to make the donation possible.
