University Parkway Development - Smart Growth?

The Howell Wetlands are located on Tekoppel Avenue north of Broadway.  The simplest route for those unfamiliar with the area is to take the South Barker exit from the Lloyd Expressway (Highway 62).  Follow Barker to Broadway and turn right.  Follow Broadway to Tekoppel and turn right again.  You will see the Wetlands immediately.
